Noble Containers: 9-Year Structural Warranty

Every shipping container purchased from Noble Containers is covered by a 9-Year Structural Warranty. This warranty guarantees protection against defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers structural failures directly resulting from manufacturing defects, including:

• Frame distortion or collapse due to construction error
• Rust-through originating from improper coating or sealing at delivery
• Door warping or malfunction caused by faulty installation
• Weld or joint failure not caused by external force or overloading

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Noble Containers will repair or replace the affected component at no cost. If a container is determined to be beyond repair due to a qualifying defect, a replacement unit will be issued.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper handling, impact from machinery, incorrect lifting, or stacking beyond rated capacity
• Environmental or external damage, including weather events, fire, flooding, or vandalism
• Modifications made after delivery by third parties, including cutting, welding, or structural alterations
• Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or surface rust that do not affect structural integrity

Inspection Procedures

Upon receiving your container, the purchaser must conduct a visual inspection within 48 hours of delivery. Any concerns regarding manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or misalignment must be reported immediately to Noble Containers.

Routine inspections during the warranty period are recommended at least once per year. Containers should be monitored for door alignment, seal integrity, surface coating condition, and drainage. Proper maintenance, including cleaning and touch-up coating where necessary, is required to retain warranty eligibility.

Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and delivery address listed on the sales agreement. Transfer of ownership does not automatically transfer warranty coverage.

However, upon written request, Noble Containers may approve a one-time warranty transfer to a new owner, provided that:

• The container has been maintained properly and remains structurally unaltered
• The transfer is requested within the original 9-year warranty period
• Proof of purchase and inspection records are provided

Transfer approvals are granted at the sole discretion of Noble Containers and must be confirmed in writing to be valid.

Warranty Support

To submit a claim, contact Noble Containers with your order reference, photographs of the issue, and a description of the condition. Our technical support team will review the claim and arrange on-site inspection or transport for evaluation if required.

Coverage determination will be made based on inspection and in accordance with the terms listed above.
