Noble Containers – Terms and Conditions

By accessing the Noble Containers website or purchasing any products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with using our services or making a purchase.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, rentals, and services provided by Noble Containers, including standard and modified containers as well as any accessories or related equipment.

2. Definitions

“Noble Containers,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Noble Containers and its authorized representatives.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing or using our products or services.
“Goods” refers to all containers or equipment supplied by Noble Containers.

3. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to written confirmation by Noble Containers.
Availability, pricing, and delivery estimates are verified at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or logistical infeasibility.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices do not include taxes, delivery charges, or handling fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be specified on the invoice.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during checkout or invoicing.
Late payments may incur interest as allowed by law.

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, access limitations, or customs procedures are outside our control.
Risk transfers to the client upon delivery to the agreed location, regardless of client presence during offloading.
Clients must ensure adequate access and equipment for delivery. Additional fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to site issues.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Clients must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
Failure to notify Noble Containers within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility is governed by the Noble Containers Return Policy.
Standard containers may be returned if they meet all return conditions.
Custom-built or modified units are non-returnable unless verified by Noble Containers as defective.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage is detailed in the Noble Containers Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper setup, environmental impact, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Use of Goods

Containers must be used in accordance with all applicable local laws, building regulations, and permit requirements.
Clients are responsible for verifying compliance before installation or occupancy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Noble Containers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
In all cases, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the goods in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product descriptions, and documentation provided by Noble Containers remain our property.
Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by the laws of the USA.
Any disputes will be handled through the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Noble Containers may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
