Noble Containers – Shipping Policy

At Noble Containers, we prioritize safe and reliable delivery of every container, whether standard or modified. Our logistics team coordinates each shipment to ensure efficiency, transparency, and proper handling from dispatch to final placement.
1. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on container size, delivery region, accessibility of the drop-off site, and required equipment. A shipping estimate will be provided in writing prior to finalizing your order. Additional fees may apply for remote locations, difficult terrain, or crane-assisted placement.
2. Processing and Dispatch Timeframes
Order Confirmation and Scheduling: Orders are typically scheduled for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days after payment and delivery details are confirmed.
Lead Times for Custom Containers: Custom-built or modified units may require extended preparation time. Estimated lead times will be communicated prior to shipping.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Local Deliveries (within the same region): 2 to 5 business days from dispatch
Long-Distance or Cross-Region Deliveries: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch
International Deliveries (if applicable): Timeframes vary based on port availability and customs procedures
All delivery times are estimates and may be influenced by carrier scheduling, weather, and onsite access conditions.
4. Site Preparation and Accessibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery site. This includes adequate space for trucks, loading equipment, and any turn radius required. If delivery is attempted but access is restricted or unsafe, additional redelivery or standby charges may apply.
5. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, notify us within 24 hours of scheduling your shipment. Once the container is in transit, changes may incur rerouting fees or delays.
6. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of shipping confirmation. After this period, cancellation may result in deduction of dispatch and transport costs already incurred.
7. Delivery Inspection and Reporting
Upon delivery, the receiving party must visually inspect the container before accepting it. Any visible transport damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within 48 hours, accompanied by photos and a detailed description. Noble Containers will arrange repair, reimbursement, or replacement depending on the severity of the issue.
