Noble Containers – Return Policy

Noble Containers is committed to customer satisfaction. While each container is inspected prior to delivery, we understand that some situations may require a return. Please review the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard containers, provided they are returned in the same structural condition as received. Containers that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom-modified or customer-specific builds are non-returnable unless there is a verified defect or shipping error.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at sales@noblecontainers.com. Include your order number, delivery address, and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Once reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned container. Processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping and Transport
All transportation and handling costs related to returning a container are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Noble Containers. Proper loading and unloading equipment must be used to prevent damage during transport.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a container that is damaged during transit or does not match your order specifications, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Noble Containers will arrange replacement, repair, or return at no cost to you.
