Noble Containers Refund & Return Policy

At Noble Containers, we are passionate about delivering durable, high-quality shipping containers that meet your exact needs. We understand that buying a container is a significant investment, and sometimes plans change. Our refund and return policy is designed to provide clarity, fairness, and peace of mind for every customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Order: If you decide to cancel your container purchase within 7 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. No questions, no hassle.
  • Cancellation Within 30 Days of Scheduled Delivery: If you cancel your order more than two weeks but within 30 days of your scheduled delivery date, you may receive a 50% refund of the total purchase price. Any costs incurred for custom modifications, special finishes, or prep work will be deducted.
  • Cancellation Within 14 Days of Scheduled Delivery: Cancellations made less than 14 days before delivery are not eligible for a refund, as significant time, materials, and labor have already been dedicated to your container.

Customizations & Upgrades

  • For any custom modifications—such as doors, windows, insulation, or interior fittings—a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures materials and labor specifically for your order.
  • The remaining 50% of the cost for any customizations is due upon delivery of your container.
  • Customers are encouraged to review and approve all customization plans before production begins. Once production starts, changes may incur additional costs or be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Returns Upon Delivery

  • If your container arrives damaged, does not match the specifications agreed upon, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the container is returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs related to returning the container, including transportation and any repairs required to restore it to its original condition.
  • Inspections can be arranged prior to return shipping to ensure the refund process is smooth and accurate.

Delivery & Inspection

  • We encourage all customers to inspect their container upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Early reporting ensures we can resolve problems quickly and fairly.
  • Containers must be returned to their original delivery site unless otherwise agreed with Noble Containers.
